Tuesdays fitness

ThIn todays fitness we did a workout when someone goes in the middle then everyone works hard for that full 40 seconds copying that person then a new group goes in while we take a 10 second break. I really enjoyed this exercise because I thought it included everyones idea and it made it easy for people to step up and participate by choice then just sitting back and not working hard. I felt like most of these exercises were mostly core workouts which i enjoyed but i think we could have added other workouts for different muscles as well. This photo is one of the workouts we did it was shot during the fitness because it was too dark but Im just showing what we did. We had to hold our legs up for a full 40 seconds which was a bit difficult but there are others that were hard but my partner and I finished the whole workout strong as we encouraged each other when we got tired.

Work habbits

I think I deserve a G or S because I feel I contributed to the class by helping setup/cleanup and listening to whoever is in charge. I also think I should get a S because I only did one other blog and I'm getting use to this blogging stuff. I've also been on class on time and have been to every class besides one where I was sick so my attendence is strong.

Pe fitness nov.4

Today we did fitness testing. I ran 11.6 on the beep test, I got 1:45 on the body bridge, vertical i got was 55cm, t-test I got 11.18 seconds, for flexibility i got 0, I didn't do push ups because my arm was numb from my immunization shot.I got lower on my beep test then my last one because I wasn't feeling so good but I will try harder next time. On my last one I got 13.2. I
did 12 seconds more then last time on plank. My vertical was still the same which means I should work harder. Im not really the flexible person I could just barley touch my shin but by the end of the year I want to at least make it 1. Overall I don't think I improved that much for testing but I should feel a bit good for improving a little bit.
