Yesterday I had basketball practice with the junior team and we did so conditioning. We also ran alot which was very tiring my legs are still soar. This was a regular practice we have almost 2-3 times a week. This is good for my body and helps me become more fit.
Great job staying consistent with your blog! It's evident that you are working hard to stay mentally and physically healthy! Try to post about your health; what you are doing to stay healthy!
