The rest I wasnt able to finish but im glad I got to these ones cause i wanted to check these ones the most but I still need to work alot on flexibility cause thats the only one that didn't improve.
So I say I made a fairly large improvment through the year.
My vertical before was 56 during Winter. Balance board was 6 but i think i just got lucky cause i didn't work too much on balance. Plank was 1min 26 sec so i think i made a huge improvement from last time i timed it. I am still working and will improve my score next year.

Your body is changing and you have the right attitude towards building your skills and strength. Congrats on the big beep test score!
